CoreDux is an expert in hose assemblies and welding, offering a wide range of high-performance materials such as PTFE, stainless steel, and specialty alloys – engineered to handle the demanding mechanical and thermal stresses of aeronautical environments. With tailored options in diameter, wall thickness, insulation, and end connections including butt welds, each assembly is designed to integrate seamlessly into your system. We deliver exactly what you need, with precision and reliability at every step.

Flexible systems for Aeronautics

CoreDux is closely involved in aircraft and engine programs, designing and manufacturing flexible hose systems for all ATAs relating to gas and liquid transfers. We have a strong foundation as a Tier 2 supplier, delivering systems for fuel, bleed air, hydraulics, lubrication, cooling, cabin heating, de-icing, and sensor-actuator integration. In select engine programs, we also operate at Tier 1 level, collaborating directly with OEMs from functional specifications through to design validation. Our in-house testing covers pressure, vibration, fatigue life, and other key performance factors.
