CoreDux® Academy

Having previously worked with CoreDux products, I was eager to gain a deeper understanding of the design rules, guidelines, and product use cases—covering everything from production to cleaning, testing, design applications, and FAT.
I attended the CoreDux Academy session at VIRO and this session provided a thorough overview of product ranges and their applications. I especially appreciated the interactive question assessment, which enriched the experience and engaged both in-person and remote participants.
I would describe this training as an all-encompassing and detailed session, offering a wealth of product knowledge and practical use cases. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to broaden their expertise.

As someone new to CoreDux products, I found the session very insightful. While I hoped to learn more about machine conditioning, the session provided valuable insights into design guidelines and manufacturing processes.

I joined the CoreDux Academy session without previously designing with CoreDux products or similar items . My aim was to understand the best methods for designing fluid and gas circuits, with a focus on cleanliness, ease of manufacturing, cost-effectiveness, and functionality.

The session provided me with a lot of valuable information, including understanding which hoses are best suited for certain applications, best practices for tolerancing hose assemblies, and insights into mono polymer versus copolymer PTFE.

I also learned about designing for orbitally welded joints, different leak test configurations, and many other practical tips that I can now apply when designing F&T parts.

All in all, it was a great opportunity to receive a high-level overview from industry experts on various topics related to fluid and gas transport. I found the topics covered to be highly applicable to a wide variety of disciplines at ASML. I would definitely recommend this experience to my colleagues and have already shared some of the key takeaways with them.

I attended the CoreDux academy at Tegema, prior to this I expected to learn some general information but I was pleasantly surprised afterwards. I learned more technical information than expected with great practical examples of suboptimal designs. After learning more about CoreDux itself as well, I can say I am very positive about CoreDux.

I attended the “Cleaning and Validations” Academy session at VIRO Arnhem. I hoped to learn more about cleanliness grades, validation methods and influencing factors prior to this session, luckily those topics were covered and I gained valuable insights on them. I appreciated that CoreDux shared the presentation afterwards which was a very useful summary.

Attending the ASML San Diego Academy session was very insightful and useful in learning how to properly GD&T hoses. I expected the session to be very technical on the design of hoses and their capabilities.

I took part in the “Cleaning and Validations” Academy session at VIRO Arnhem. I was happy to learn more about CoreDux as a company and got some valuable technical information about the product as well as information on cleanliness and manufacturability.

I attended the session in Ditzingen on 16.01.2024. I have been working with varioushose and pipe systems since the start of this project (about 6 months before theCoreDux training). I was hoping to deepen my understanding of pipe and hose constructions. I gained insights on the technical information on flexible fluid lines and the technical information on components of fluid systems other than flexibles (e.g.connectors). Since the Academy, I have been preaching the space requirements of orbital welding to every colleague who will listen.

I found the technical part of the workshop very interesting and engaging. It was particularly nice to see some of the discussed features “in the flesh.” I found the history of CoreDux to be a bit tedious, but I also understand why it is included.

I partook in the “Cleaning and Validations” Academy session at VIRO Arnhem which was a very useful session for me. I learned helpful information on flexible fluid lines and realised that we need to keep cleanliness consequences in mind while designing.

I attended the Coredux Academy product training/Basic Artery training, with no prior experiences with products similar to CoreDux’s, I hoped to gain more general product knowledge and learn about the best design practices. The presentation of CoreDux was focussed on product lines, product development and how to use them in designs, so it was really useful to me.

I attended the “Cleaning and Validations” Academy session at VIRO Arnhem, hoping to learn more about the mutual understanding on design vs manufacturability, focusing on cleanliness. I am happy to say that I did get valuable insights on cleanliness, as well as great examples of substandard designs.

I did have experience with metal and plastic hoses already prior to this session, but I was hoping to learn more about the cleanliness requirement application. Using practical examples of suboptimal designs CoreDux taught me more about cleanliness design and validation which was very valuable.
