Our Environmental, Social, and Governance Ambitions

Our ambition

At CoreDux, we are building a sustainable future by minimizing our environmental footprint (Environmental), empowering our people and ecosystems (Social), and fostering the best business environment (Governance). In line with our commitment to quality and social responsibility, we embed our ESG principles as the core of our business framework. Using the ESG framework, we translate our sustainability ambition into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes, integrating sustainability and ethics into every aspect of our high-tech manufacturing business.

As a team, we are committed to embedding these ESG principles into our day-to-day decision-making and operations. By embracing these values, we not only increase the resilience and relevance of our business but also contribute to a positive impact on the environment, society, and our own long-term success.

Together, we are building a sustainable future by working closely with all our stakeholders to drive collective progress and achieve shared sustainability goals across the value chain.

Environment (Environmental): 

Our focus on the environment not only includes regulatory compliance but extends to proactive measures to reduce our environmental footprint. We are committed to energy efficiency, waste minimisation, and the use of renewable resources in our production process. In addition, we strive to develop products that meet the highest environmental standards.

As part of our ESG ambition, we plan on achieving carbon neutrality for scope 1, 2 and 3 upstream by 2030. Improvements to our product road map are also planned, which includes the (re)design of products to reduce their CO2 footprint and the introduction of CO2 labels in our OEM product catalogue. Furthermore, by 2025, we aim to source 60% of our electricity from renewable resources.

Social Responsibility (Social): 

We believe in creating a working environment that embraces diversity, provides equal opportunities, and puts the health and safety of our employees first. Our social responsibility extends beyond the factory gates; we seek active involvement in the communities in which we operate, respecting local cultures and supporting social initiatives.

As part of our ESG ambition, in light of health and safety, we aim to limit our total recordable incident rate (TRIR) to <3 in 2025. To enhance employee engagement, we plan to achieve a Great Place to Work (GPTW) overall score of 7.0 and an inclusiveness score of 8.5 by 2025.

Good Governance (Governance)

A solid governance structure is the backbone of our success. Our core values of Trust, Mastery, and Commitment, guide us in maintaining high standards of transparency, integrity, and ethical behavior. As part of our ESG ambition, we are committed to responsible business practices, including adhering to a strong Code of Conduct and introducing a new Supplier Code of Conduct. Our governance system promotes accountability and stakeholder engagement, providing a robust framework for sustainable growth and value creation.

To further strengthen our governance, we are actively working toward achieving an 80% Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) score by 2025, as well as a Silver EcoVadis Sustainability Rating by 2030. Additionally, we have established a sustainability committee to oversee our efforts and ensure these ambitions are fully integrated into our operations.
