Future proofing CoreDux for the needs and growth of its global customers
Tilburg, the Netherlands. CoreDux Group (CoreDux), a leading provider of flexible Gas and Liquid conveyance, proudly announces the official opening of its new facility in Tilburg. This milestone marks a significant step in CoreDux’s continued growth and commitment to delivering high-quality, high-purity artery solutions to its global customers.
To celebrate the opening of the new facility, CoreDux hosted a flagship event, bringing together partners and customers from across the globe, Brainport delegates, local government representatives, and other stakeholders. The event served as a platform to discuss critical industry trends, including the impact of the arms race on Artificial Intelligence, the industry path to continuous innovation and its impact on the high-tech sector.
A highlight of the event was a keynote address by Marieke Blom, Global Chief Economist at ING, who provided expert insights on the impact of geopolitics to the global economy as well as to companies.
Together with Jan Hennipman, CEO of CoreDux, Bas van der Pol of the city of Tilburg officially opened the new facility.
State-of-the-art facility to support growth
After months of preparation and investment, the new facility significantly expands CoreDux’s production capacity. With three times the previous cleanroom space, this development enables CoreDux to meet the increasing demand for high-purity components and high-precision single and multi-line assemblies using all in-house process technologies.
“Our new facility is more than just an expansion, it’s a strategic investment in the future,” says Paul Neggers, Managing Director of CoreDux Netherlands. “With the expected high-tech industry growth, we needed a future-proof solution that ensures we continue to support our customers with high-quality and scalable production capacity.”
The new facility, located at the Zevenheuvelenweg in Tilburg will:
- enable lower carbon footprint on our products
- reduce energy usage with 60%
- offer new cyclic nucleation purification technology for capillary cavities
- enable robot welding integrated in the cleanroom
- drive end to end process efficiencies
Commitment to sustainability and innovation
The new facility & cleanroom supports CoreDux’s ambitious ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) targets. The building was built in 2019, meeting modern energy efficiency standards, featuring optimal insulation, solar panels and an advanced climate system. Furthermore, the cleanroom itself operates on a dynamic energy management system that adjusts based on real-time conditions, reducing energy consumption by up to 60%.
“As we expand, we remain committed to sustainability,” says Gerben Kranendonk, Project Manager at CoreDux. “Our new cleanroom solutions not only increase efficiency, but also support our mission to become a net-zero company by 2030.”
A team effort
The opening of the new cleanroom would not have been possible without the dedication of CoreDux’s employees and partners. CoreDux would like to thank HRS Makelaars, Real Estate Advisory firm JLL, Quadrant4, SRBA Controlled Environment, ABN Cleanroom Technology, Aarts & Co and the previous tenant Fabory for their collaboration in making this expansion a reality.
